Should 8 year old kids attend the Evaluation Event?

Yes.  8 year old kids are strongly encouraged to attend the evaluation to best determine their skill to advance, or play another year in coach pitch.

Player Evaluation helps the league and coaches draft players who are ready to play in the Majors (ages 9-12), and place them in the proper division.

All 12 year old players, will play in the Majors, unless there's an exception. This is rare and subject to approval from district 15 officials.

9-11 year old players that are not selected for Majors will go into the Minors (Player Pitch) draft.

All players from coach pitch through majors are subject to be drafted where the coaches and board feel they are best suited to play regardless of what level they may have previously played.

Why is Tee Ball limited to ages 5-6?

This is governed by Little League International, however, local league rules can override general guidelines such as age range allowed per division.
The board of directors voted on Tee Ball Age and agreed we do not have the resources for 4 year old children.

When are practices?

Practices typically start in early March (weather permitting) and are once or twice a week depending on the division.
Tee Ball typically has one practice a week, while the other divisions have two or more.
This depends on the Manager of the team and their schedule for time, dates and location.
This depends on the weather too.
Check the TUE envelope for more info and an e-mail for online registrants.

When are games?

The season will run from the end of March or early April until the first week of June.

Tee Ball and Coach Pitch games are typically only on Saturday mornings and lasting about 1 hour.

Major and Minor (Player Pitch) will play twice a week and games will be longer typically on a week day evening and on Saturday afternoons.

Games  are at AIME at Detert, Mike Clark on occasion, Pioneer Park, and Molly Joyce upper and lower.

Minors and Majors may have inter league games depending on enrollment numbers and the amount of teams formed. Inter leagues typically change year to year, however, most frequently ACLLE inter leagues with Linden, Foothill (Valley Springs Area) or ACLLW (Amador West).
